Clinical Coordinator - Taylorsville, Utah
Salary: $65k/ Year + Competitive Benefits!

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (4 10s are also available)Job Summary:
As Clinical Coordinator, you will serve as a pivotal leader in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our clinic and its various programs. Your role involves managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.Job Responsibilities:
  • Attend staff meetings every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1 pm and run them when the clinical and program directors are absent.
  • Manage your caseload (up to 12 Youth ages 12-18) and meet with them every week (1hr/wk). Meet with families of clients (1hr/wk)
  • Co-facilitate whichever level group you are assigned to. (Daily).
  • Be the housing liaison. Coordinate between sister programs, School-Based Programs, and Youth Residential
  • Responsible for intake and assessment of each client starting at Youth Expedition
  • Attend and be productive in weekly management meetings supporting ongoing program planning, evaluation, and quality assurance.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager on day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Assist with community networking, fundraising and speaking engagements.
  • Appropriately diagnose mental health and substance-related conditions using the DSM IV TR.
  • Appropriately assess client needs using the American Society of Addiction Medicine Patient Placement Criteria.
  • Utilize the Therapeutic Community model as the main component of treatment.
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy as assigned.
  • Develop an effective level of rapport with clients on caseload while maintaining healthy boundaries.
  • Complete thorough and effective assessments in required timeframes, such as funding extension requests.
  • Coordinate client psychiatric evaluations and other wrap-around services to provide effective care.
  • Complete treatment planning within the required timeframe.
  • Utilize motivational techniques to retain and support client progress.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities with clients. Connect clients to community resources.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or PhD in Social Work or related field
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional, including - LCSW, CMHC, LPC, LMFT, and Psychologist
  • Minimum two years of related experience
  • Willingness and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • First Aid and CPR Certification (available at the company)
  • Must comply with annual TB tests and Flu, COVID, and other immunization policies.
