Construction Managers/Coordinators shall supply supervision necessary to oversee contractors performing relocation and installation services. Construction Managers/Coordinators shall ensure the work is in strict accordance with all contract requirements, applicable federal, state and local occupational safety and health regulations.Construction Manager / Coordinator shall supply supervision necessary to oversee contractors performing Module Assembly oversight services, unless otherwise specified herein. Construction Manager shall ensure the work is in strict accordance with all contract requirements, applicable federal, state and local occupational safety and health regulations. Any deviations from the Standards and specifications must be reviewed and approved by our client.Construction Manager shall ensure Contractor/Supplier complies with all applicable governmental codes.
The Scope of Work for the above-referenced project package is comprised of the specific work described below.WORK DESCRIPTION
  • Construction Oversight and Communications during Construction
  • On-site construction and contractor management.
  • Health and safety compliance including one one-site health and safety audit.
  • Communications with our client and other Stakeholders onsite during Construction coordination and field preparations to support an efficient transition.
  • Quality assurance.
  • Field engineering and contractor submittals management.
  • Field records management.
  • Monitoring contractor progress onsite and with project controls to determine whether the baseline schedule established during pre-construction is being maintained.
  • Observe contractor personnel are performing work safety for the duration of the construction scope.
  • Perform quality assurance oversight on construction activities to confirm that actions implemented meet the requirements of the final design and specifications; verify document-required inspections and testing have been conducted and results are acceptable; and that submittals have been received and comply with contract requirements.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, conduct weekly internal and client conference calls to communicate project status/changes and provide input into weekly project schedule updates.
  • Maintain organized field records onsite, including field books, inspection logs, change tracking log, and photo logs (as reviewed by our client from a security standpoint) of construction services.
  • Monitor contractor conformance to plans and specifications; that documented-required inspections and testing have been conducted and results are acceptable; and that submittals have been received and comply with contract requirements.
  • Construction Project Management
  • Project communications among the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Engineering team, and contractors are included to maintain quality and performance objectives, manage change, and optimize project schedule.
  • Regular status update meetings with project stakeholders to review major milestones, solicit and incorporate input throughout the process.
  • Obtain timely approvals where decisions are required.
  • Make construction schedule corrections where needed to meet the Project Milestones.
  • Provide a weekly status report to our client to summarize site activities and provide and updated actions/task list.
