This position is expected to work Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with some nights, weekends and holidays required. Shifts for this position will vary depending on event schedule.Please Note:There are two vacancies available for this position.   • Maintain and repair the facility, keeping the venue impressive to the public
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly, maximizing equipment lifespan and minimizing downtime
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting safety and efficiency
Typical QualificationsRequired Education and Experience High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency; 1 to 3 years' experience in routine/minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical or related maintenance workORAny equivalent combination of training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substitutedAdditional InformationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Work Environment and Physical Effort:
This position requires medium physical effort, including exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally. The work environment may involve occasional exposure to unpleasant conditions or hazards, including occasional outdoor work and time spent in vehicles, warehouses, shops, or confined spaces.The role is primarily performed in an office or similar indoor environment. Employees may occasionally encounter hostile individuals, fumes, chemicals, loud noises, and extreme temperatures.
