- Provides direct clinical treatment to adults, children and adolescents as represented in the caseload through diagnostic evaluations and screenings; crisis/emergency assessment and intervention; treatment planning and assessment; individual, group, couple and family therapy.
- Participates in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences
- Consults with area schools, doctors, individuals, and other social service agencies, insurance providers and hospital networks regarding clients, client services and case management
- Maintains client records and administrative records consistent with policy
- Attends administrative staff meetings as required
- Attends in-service education, clinical supervision, and professional meetings as required
- Participates in required trainings.

- Grade C12: Clinician III: Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and best practices to determine appropriate level of care
- Can develop and implement treatment plans which are behaviorally oriented, measurable, and appropriate for the identified level of care
- Able to effectively implement the P.A. and U.M. process and advocate for optimal client care
- Clinical expertise specific to the target population with an ability to engage clients effectively and work with other professionals and organizations
- Must have a current valid US-issued drivers license and a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting clients
- Must be able to pass a CORI background check
