Proven experience in leave administration, preferably in a multi-state environment
Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws and insurance programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in HRIS systems and leave tracking tools is a plus
Must become the subject matter expert in:
Paid and unpaid leave programs
Fraud prevention strategies related to leave
State and Federal leave laws and compliance
