- Offer creative insights and direction while providing mentorship and support to art leads and team members.
- Engage with studio leadership and department heads to drive ongoing process enhancements.
- A solid academic foundation in arts, design, or a relevant field.
- A profound grasp of human anatomy, proportions, and a broad spectrum of artistic styles and cultures.
- In-depth understanding of game development lifecycles, including pipelines and production methodologies.
- At least 3 years of professional experience within the game industry, with a portfolio of work on published titles.
- Mastery of Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter/Designer, and Unity, with a particular emphasis on AAA character development for mobile platforms.
- Expertise in PBR shader creation tailored for AAA mobile games.
- Proficiency in modeling, UV unwrapping, and texturing across both realistic and stylized artistic domains.
- The ability to seamlessly adapt to varying stylistic guidelines and optimize assets for real-time gaming environments.
