
Quality and EHS Manager

- Oversee product and process quality across the facility, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ASME standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints, RMAs, and internal non-conformities
- Address daily quality issues using a 4-step or 8D problem-solving process, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct PFMEA, control plans, process capability studies, and implement preventive actions to ensure process stability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma
- Develop and update quality procedures, metrics, and processes to support delivery and performance goals.
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs, trends, and performance metrics. Including Customer and Supplier PPM, scrap, and rework.
- Ensure quality documentation is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and ensure quality expectations are met.
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Lead EHS programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Ensure full compliance with company sustainability goals and environmental regulations
- Manage environmental audits, reporting, and initiatives to reduce waste, emissions, and energy usage.
- Conduct risk assessments and investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses, ensuring thorough documentation and corrective actions.
- Promote safety awareness through training programs and validate their effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of safety ownership and proactive hazard prevention.
- Lead cross-functional teams to challenge the status quo and drive innovative improvements.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and influence change across departments.
- Represent the facility in audits, customer visits, and corporate QEHS initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, HR, and sourcing to align QEHS goals with business strategy.
- Coach cross-functional teams in using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to align on quality goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in a Quality/Safety role within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years in a management role
- Black Belt in Six Sigma
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Experience with behavior-based safety and structured root cause investigation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
