NOW HIRING: Recruiting Admin AssistantThis is a high-impact administrative role supporting our lead Recruiter in all things talent acquisition. You’ll be the operational anchor of our recruiting efforts — managing documentation, tracking processes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.If you love checklists, thrive on structure, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is your moment. This is a Remote role preferably in Central, FL with ability to travel to local branches or events as needed.What You'll Do
  • Job Posting Management: Own the posting process across our internal careers page and external job boards/vendors
  • Candidate Communication: Assist with initial outreach and follow-up to candidates via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Resume Pre-Screening: Review incoming resumes and match qualifications to job descriptions with accuracy and consistency.
  • Documentation Support: Compile, review, and maintain recruiting documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Process Execution: Follow established recruiting workflows with precision, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain recruiting logs, update tracking sheets, and assist in preparing reports for leadership.
  • Calendar Coordination: Support interview scheduling and candidate logistics as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in HR or recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you love a well-labeled folder and a clean spreadsheet.
  • Comfort with filing systems, documentation protocols, and process adherence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new platforms.
