- Job Posting Management: Own the posting process across our internal careers page and external job boards/vendors
- Candidate Communication: Assist with initial outreach and follow-up to candidates via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Resume Pre-Screening: Review incoming resumes and match qualifications to job descriptions with accuracy and consistency.
- Documentation Support: Compile, review, and maintain recruiting documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Process Execution: Follow established recruiting workflows with precision, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain recruiting logs, update tracking sheets, and assist in preparing reports for leadership.
- Calendar Coordination: Support interview scheduling and candidate logistics as needed.
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in HR or recruiting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you love a well-labeled folder and a clean spreadsheet.
- Comfort with filing systems, documentation protocols, and process adherence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new platforms.
