ENTERPRISE SERVICESJob Description:A Recording Document Specialist (RDS) is responsible for the examination, preparation and accurate timely submission of real estate documents on behalf of ePN clients. Real estate documents include all documents related to real property that are placed on public record at a local County Recorder office.An RDS is also responsible for all functions associated with the submission process including but not limited to:Examining documents for specified requirementsResearching online County indexesTracking communication and modifications to Real Estate documentsBasic accounting and reconciliation of fees paid for daily workKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Knowledge of real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions is preferred.Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of work with tight deadlines.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:Be the first point of contact for client inquires and questions that may arise.Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.Must have the ability to drive long distances if needed.Must have and maintain reliable transportation.Ability to work a specified schedule anytime from 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company.#LI-JK1#LI-OfficeThe estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work.
