- Deep understanding of Medicare products and CMS rules and regulations governing those products.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams, drive decision- making and ensure end to end operational integrity of product implementations and/or product enhancements
- Drives secondary research and qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform product design and development
- Assists with the annual bid cycle, working with Actuary, Pharmacy, Delegated Vendors, other Product teams, and operational stakeholders
- Identifies critical topics for Medicare product strategy and assists in leading efforts to drive decision-making, bringing clarity to sometimes ambiguous situations.
- Research and analyze Medicare Advantage market trends and monitor local market competitors and make recommendations for product improvements.
- Monitoring and reporting on on-going performance of product portfolio, including profitability, membership growth/retention, operational performance and customer feedback.
- Anticipates and meets, or exceeds, internal and/or external customer expectations and requirements; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

- BA or BS degree required or the equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 7-10 years of related experience.
- Experience managing or working with Medicare products
- Must possess superior interpersonal skills.

- Strong national, regional and local healthcare industry knowledge, especially of Medicare products
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Medicare benefits, policies and CMS compliance requirements
