This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting. We are committed to making your transition smooth and seamless, ensuring you are supported every step of the way.Crafting Excellence: Your ResponsibilitiesPractices and follows all required safety regulations and familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.Able to do high level programming of PLC/Robot control.Installs and/or repairs electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic and robotic equipment, machines, or systems. Here's the qualifications we are looking for:Key QualificationsEffective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.Must be at least 18 years of age.
PLC, Robotic experience preferred and must have knowledge of Advanced Industrial Fundamentals.Five years' practical experience in Industrial Automation.Preferred QualificationsHigh School graduate.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.FANUC and Allen Bradley Certifications.Understand and apply from maintenance manual; blueprints; and electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics schematics.Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.Must be able to perform routine and complex maintenance services with a journeyman's or technicians' proficiency in the following areas.Must be able to work in extreme heat associated with dryer and kilns.Must meet one of the following:1. State license in one of the following:a) Master of Journeyman Plumbers or Electrical License.b) Waste Water Plant or Water Purification Operators License.c) Federal or State License in any related mechanical field.d) License to handle, reclaim or recycle refrigeration gases as required by 1990 Clean-Air Act.2. College degree in Engineering or Business.3. Two years of completed undergraduate coursework.4. Graduate of technical school.5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.Must be able to perform routine and complex maintenance services with a journeyman's or technicians' proficiency in the following areas:Electrical power and controls, including PLC's and other programmable instrumentation.Robotics.Hydraulics/pneumatics.Mechanical maintenance.Plumbing, pipe fitting, and welding.HVAC systems and controls.5 years' experience in Industrial Automation.Key RequirementsPhysical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position.
