
Residential Property Manager & Business Development Lead (OTE) of $51,000–$57,000

- Lead sales calls and meetings for our residential pillar
- Drive business development activities to grow our portfolio through networking, relationship-building, lead generation, and follow-up
- Manage day-to-day operations for our residential properties
- Create and manage MLS listings for rental units
- Supervise remote staff and ensure property compliance and quality standards
- Handle key and lockbox management across all properties
- Respond to emergency showing inquiries and be on-call every other weekend or during holidays for true after-hours emergencies (average 10 minutes per day)
- Conduct property inspections during tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Provide exceptional service to both tenants and property owners
- Stay on top of our internal checklists and process management software to keep things running smoothly
- Must be a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania
- 2 years+ of experience in sales or property management/real estate is required
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable learning and using tech platforms
- Able to balance following instructions with being self-directed and proactive
- Supervisory or team coordination experience preferred
- Critical thinker who can juggle multiple priorities
- Reliable vehicle for property visits and field work
- Base Salary: $30,000–$36,000, with first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $51,000–$57,000 (base plus commission, contingent on achieving KPIs).
