Temp to PermTempExperts is seeking a professional, polished Bilingual Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and team members at a high-end real estate development firm in Coral Gables. This individual will represent the company with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless office experience while supporting daily administrative needs.Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Greet clients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
  • Schedule and coordinate conference room meetings and appointments.
  • Manage and order office supplies to maintain daily operations.
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
