This individual will represent the company with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless office experience while supporting daily administrative needs.Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
- Greet clients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
- Schedule and coordinate conference room meetings and appointments.
- Manage and order office supplies to maintain daily operations.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk and reception area.
- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to clients and colleagues.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
