These solutions make businesses more secure with multi-factor authentication, enabling a contactless entry experience and an integrated platform that can be easily scaled and managed due to its cloud-based architecture.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Answer and qualify customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or servicesBuild and manage lead development pipelineQualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitionsGenerates prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leadsTactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong business relationshipsMails marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-dateAct as single point of contactAdditional Knowledge/Skills:Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutionsEducate customers on respective business processes and procedures- proactively continue to understand products & solutionsDemonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and servicesDisplay strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interactionExercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interactionUtilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer’s issues. This involves multi-tasking between systems while interacting with the customerThis role will have a base of $50,000 per yearTarget Base Salary Range: $30,400 - $59,100 USD
