Market Development Manager, Advanced ServicesObjective: To support the growth and expansion of TRIGO's portfolio of Advanced Services in the assigned geographic area by identifying and developing opportunities with new and existing customers.ResponsibilitiesMarket Development/SalesBe the face of TRIGO within the assigned market, territory, business stream or customer baseDevelop opportunities to accelerate growthMeet new business sales targetsProactively contact former, existing, and new clients to introduce TRIGO Advanced Services through cold calling and networking.Develop and maintain favorable relationships with decision makersRegular customer contact and communicationIdentify and qualify new opportunities for their potentialPrepare proposals / quotationsCoordinate meetings, gather information and work with the team to present solutionsResearch local market, competition, customers, and prospectsTrack and report on all business development activities within the corporate CRM as activities occur.Maintain sales opportunity pipeline from identification of the opportunity through closure,Facilitate professional coordination, kick-off and transition of client to operations for delivery of service.Work closely with all members of the services teamMay visit customer site / locations with operations teamRequired Experience3+ years customer facing experience in sales or delivery of technical servicesWorking familiarity of automotive (or other relevant industries) quality systems such as TS-16949 or ISO 9001Technologically savvy, with excellent computer skills, navigating and using MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Required Personal SkillsSelf-motivated/Self-starter, eager to take on new challenges and responsibilitiesDetail-oriented with a high degree of accuracyExperience working independently and within a team environmentExcellent understanding and application of the English language (both written and verbal) in a professional settingHigh degree of business acumen displaying a professional demeanorAble to communicate professionally and effectively with people from a broad range of positions and backgroundsHonest, committed, trustworthy with strong integrityRegular and predictable attendance, ability to be/work on call at any time.This position offers a base compensation package plus the ability to earn an annual performance bonus based on achievement of market sales and growth metrics.About TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsFounded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
