- Draft, review, and serve discovery requests and responses (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs)
- Organize, track, and manage all incoming and outgoing discovery documents
- Assist attorneys in preparing document productions and ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Draft and serve deposition notices and coordinate related logistics
- Maintain organized, up-to-date discovery files and databases
- Calendar discovery deadlines and ensure timely follow-through
- Maintain regular, professional contact with clients to collect documents, answer basic questions, and provide case updates
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and respected
- File court documents (state & federal) and assist with calendaring hearings and appearances
- Coordinate with court personnel and vendors (e.g., court reporters, interpreters)
- Perform other administrative and litigation support tasks as needed
- At least 3+ years of experience in a litigation support or paralegal role (employment law or class actions preferred)
- Strong understanding of discovery procedures and rules in both state and federal courts
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills — especially with clients
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and legal case management software
- Familiar with court filing protocols, calendaring, and litigation workflows
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Spanish bilingual highly desired
