- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., sales results and client retention)
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Resolve client issues and complaints quickly and effectively
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization
- Confidence in juggling priorities and switching gears quickly
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and wearing multiple hats
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight Monday through Thursday every week
