- Responsible for driving technical sales and achieving a target annual quota of $9M - $12M in revenue.
- Hunting New Business Development, selling current wireless services, and providing guidance to operations and product teams to build new wireless and software services and products.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities with a heavy emphasis on existing customers.
- Ability to build and drive large deals with relationships with customer decision-makers.
- Strong embedded relationships with Tier-1 carriers, especially T-Mobile.
- Develop and drive GTM and execution strategies across the customer base, both short-term and long-term.
- Champion client’s journey from prospecting, business negotiations, contract/purchase order, and initially, through the project kickoff phase.
- Working closely with the operations organization helps drive differentiators in the current service offerings and helps build new ones while collaborating with the customer.
- Support new business development and the development of strategic partnerships.
- Develop yearly, monthly forecasts. Achieve +/- 5% accuracy in forecast vs. actuals.
- Establish cost estimates with the operations team for the projects to support bid activities.
- Provide an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders and serve as the accountable escalation and decision maker.
- Develop solid cross-functional relationships internally and externally with different organizations/teams, clients, and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business domain or equivalent experience.
- Strong financial acumen and presentation skills.
- Experience in wireless domain selling services or products.
- Experience in the cloud and orchestration domain is a plus.
- Experienced in working with wireless and cable carriers and have a deep understanding of the industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational development skills.
- Strong customer and partner network at CXOs, VP, Director, and Manager level.
- Proven experience driving growth and exceeding assigned quota.
- Willingness to travel 50%+ to meet with customers and generate leads.
- Proven record of working successfully with ambiguous information and limited direction.
- This position is preferred to be based in Seattle, WA, Chicago, IL, or other customer regional locations.
