Position SummaryProvides support to Life Time's members and clubs by delivering best in class experiences through an omnichannel of live chat, inbound phone calls and inbound emails. Responds to Member account & billing inquiries, processes outstanding balances, assists with membership changes, resolves service issues, updates payment information and records information in Life Time's Member Management and CRM Systems. Upholds policies, procedures and guidelines that pertain to or affect members and membership processes.This position is expected to work 36 hours per week. The 36 hours will be worked over four (4) days.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports members via incoming live chat, phone calls and emails.
