This Building Automation Project Engineer will be experienced in the installation and programming of BAS/DDC controls. Experience with Niagara products and certification in AX and/or N4 desired. Clients are primarily in the Northern, VA/DC, and Baltimore areas.Duties will include interpreting drawing packages for current and new projects, program modifications and assisting with the commissioning of systems. Additional responsibilities may include supporting engineers in researching part numbers and manufacturers, and assisting the sales team with technical issues.Compensation: Competitive compensation package includes base salary the $110,000-$130,000 range, company vehicle, excellent benefits, tools necessary for the job, and more!You may work remote and go directly to customer sites.Basic Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of experience in BAS project installation and programming of Building Automation Systems.
  • Experience reading electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude to understand the machinery with which our control systems interface.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as on a project team.
  • The ability to work on strict deadlines without constant supervision.
  • The ability to travel to job sites from Northern, VA to Baltimore as needed.
