What You Will be Doing:
  • Caring for children between ages 6 weeks and 13 years (based on your experience) in daycare centers, preschools, and family homes as a nanny
  • Engaging in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities for the duration of care
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your care
  • Preparing meals and snacks for children during care
  • Performing clean-up of kitchen and play areas after use (with age-appropriate assistance!)
  • Work with children from different walks of life and backgrounds
  • Remain active on Oregon’s Central Background Registry (CBR) and/or Washington’s Portable Background Check (STARS)
  • Full-time, Part-time, and Flex Schedules available
Who You Are:
  • 2+ years of proven childcare experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
  • Desire and ability to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow established routines and schedules
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred, but not required
