Join the team that is ensuring one person - one identity.ResponsibilitiesThe Logistics/Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the logistics and supply chain operations within the organization. This role involves managing the movement of goods, optimizing inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products, and developing strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs. The Logistics/Supply Chain Manager works closely with various departments, including assembly, software integration, Customer Experience, Sales, Quality, Engineering, HR and others, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products through the supply chain.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs throughout the supply chain and implement KPI’s to drive productivity.
  • Oversee inventory management activities, including forecasting, planning, and replenishment, to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
  • Coordinate transportation and distribution activities, warehouse, carrier selection, and freight management, to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) from Warehouse, Purchase, Forecasting, and Productivity to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.
  • Implement and maintain inventory and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and storage locations accurately.
  • Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, feedback and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement, cross training Warehouse employees, and be prepared to give and receive feedback for improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Sound computers skills demonstrating knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • NPI- New Product Introduction experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Quality System Standards – ISO 9001
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000 - $140,000/yr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Forecast and Planning (ASCM Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to logistics and supply chain management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
