- Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing company
- Experience in a typed language (we use C#/.NET but are open to analogous experience)
- Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals
- Exposure to relational databases, .NET, event-driven architecture, and modern frontend frameworks (primarily React)
- Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for maintainability and security
- Salary range: $120-140k + equity
