This is a full time, exempt position.ADM offers a unique opportunity in transportation management and logistics principles to support our Animal Nutrition division in the most effective and efficient way possible. This role will be challenged to develop dedicated solutions and achieve timely results in a dynamic transportation environment. This role will be part of the ADM Animal Nutrition Supply Chain Team.Key components of Transportation Management include:
- Drive process improvement with root cause analysis.
- Build and execute daily transportation plans • Communicate with partner carriers to implement ADM transportation strategy.
- Understand the impact of ADM product and commodity market conditions on the ADM supply chain.
- Create and manage key performance indicators.
- Seek improved velocity while leveraging key stakeholders to achieve reduced cost.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in transportation & logistics preferred

- Computer Competence: Email, Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables, IBM systems & other web based systems will be used daily
