Business Development Representative

- Conduct 50+ outbound cold calls a day
- Strategically use other methods of outbound to source prospects and close new business
- Send emails to prospective customers with a goal to schedule 8+ appointments a month for Account Executives
- Qualify leads and determine potential fit for SPOTIO
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product and how it can help our customers
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy
- Meet and exceed individual and team goals for appointment setting and lead generation
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce & Outreach
- Learn SPOTIO's target market to conduct market research
- 1+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales
- Reside in Dallas, Texas in order to commute to our office and commit to hybrid work
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a SaaS environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
