✅ Purchase piping materials and shop supplies as needed.
✅ Maintain and monitor inventory at the fabrication shop and yard.
✅ Arrange transportation of materials to job sites with proper documentation.
✅ Inspect all incoming equipment and materials for accuracy and quality.
✅ Process purchase orders and receiving records in compliance with procedures.
✅ Partner with the QC Manager to ensure all documentation meets ASME standards.
✅ Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Shop Superintendent to align orders with project schedules.QualificationsWhat You'll Bring✔ High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
✔ Minimum five years of experience in material purchasing, logistics and field equipment coordination.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
✔ Ability to interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
✔ Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Solid math skills for basic calculations and reporting.
✔ Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and solve problems on the fly.Physical Requirements🔹 Able to sit or stand for extended periods.
🔹 Occasionally required to walk, handle materials and operate shop tools.
