As Studio Manager, youll report directly to the Principal and take the lead in ensuring the studio runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. From overseeing administrative workflows and HR coordination to managing scheduling, facilities, IT, and vendor relationships, youll be the go-to for operational excellence and team support.The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and equally comfortable managing strategic operations and the finer day-to-day details that keep everything moving forward. - Bachelors degree in business administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in office operations, administration, or executive support (experience in an architecture, design, or professional services firm a strong plus)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with internal teams and external vendors
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Technologically proficient; comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, video conferencing tools, and basic IT troubleshooting
- Familiarity with tools such as Expensify, cloud-based file storage, and project/task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support a collaborative studio culture
