Our Team is proud to work together to solve our customer concerns and are seeking a Service Manager to help lead them to the next level. As a successful Service Manager, your skills will be used to:
  • Lead and mentor service technicians and provide highly skilled “hands-on" management
  • Train and develop technicians to motivate the team in providing high-quality customer and technical services
  • Perform quality pest control services and fill in on open routes as necessary
  • Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings
  • Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
  • Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met
  • Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections
  • Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
  • Assist with interviewing and selecting service technicians
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have at least 2 years' supervisory and leadership experience
  • Must have at least 5 years' progressive pest control experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in home services industry is a plus
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.Physical Demands / Working Environment:Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions
