All while understanding that together we are even better.Schedule: Full TimeShift: DaysLocation: 1800 N HANCOCK RD, Minneola, 34715The role youll contribute:Supports Leader as direct executive assistant, with responsibilities including calendaring, travel arrangements, correspondence, and other administrative functions. Will professionally represent Leader as requested and in all associated responsibilities. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Manages a variety of medical staff meetings and projects, including the independent performance of a wide range of complex administrative assistant duties and a multitude of office procedures in support of the Campus Officers of the medical staff at the campus location as well as system wide when needed. Serves as a liaison between Campus medical staff members and Campus Officers, centralized medical staff services, other hospital departments, and administration.The value youll bring to the team:Plans campus events for the Medical Staff Members.Manages calendar for CMO Leader, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinates travel arrangements including lodging, air/land, transportation, event registration, etc.Answers/screens incoming calls, taking messages and routing calls as appropriate. Retrieves voice messages as requested. Greets and assists visitors. Professionally represents Leader and AdventHealth in all communications and as requested at meetings, events, etc. Communicates effectively and appropriately based on visitor needs and age level.Provides administrative and secretarial support including opening and disbursing Leaders incoming/outgoing mail; completing correspondence duties including composing and editing letters, memos and other correspondence; preparing expense reports, PAVs, and supply orders; preparing and updating presentations, spreadsheets, etc.; maintaining files and records, equipment, etc. QualificationsThe expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:Bachelors degree and/or * 4 plus years experience in a healthcare environment as an administrative or executive assistant, secretary, or other higher level administrative/office support role.
