We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining fixturing, tooling, and dies, as well as supporting the production and engineering teams with creative solutions to improve processes. This is a great opportunity for either an entry-level candidate with an industrial maintenance degree/certificate or an experienced maintenance professional looking to apply their skills in a hands-on environment.Key Responsibilities:Build operational fixturing, tooling, and dies as needed.Collaborate with the production team to resolve fixturing and tooling concerns.Partner with the Manufacturing Engineering team to identify creative solutions for tooling, fixtures, and general processes.Read and interpret CAD drawings, operator manuals, and job orders while following procedural instructions.Use precision measurement tools including tape measures, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, depth gauges, and bore gauges.Follow all OSHA safety protocols.Support the Maintenance Department in creating machine repair components as needed.Operate overhead cranes and forklifts (optional, training can be provided).Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:Entry-level candidates: degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance preferred.Experienced candidates: proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Proficiency with precision measurement tools.Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
