The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise or materials; they fill requisitions and orders. They may operate a forklift and perform a variety of manual tasks under general supervision.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Loads and unloads shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts & enter into computer system
  • Stage materials for pick-up or shipping
  • Move materials on/off of shelves
  • Assist in staging customer orders
  • Keep warehouse areas clean and neat, may include sweeping, snow shoveling, picking up debris, and maintain safe environment
  • Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts
  • Maintain inventory levels; record and report specific usage
  • Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and procedures in writing
  • Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment and tools
  • Help lifting large units as requested in warehouse or on installation job sites
  • Deliver needed materials to job sites
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
  • Knowledge of application and use of power tools
  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Ability to physically lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
  • Basic math skills; legible writing
  • Forklift operation certification required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs
  • SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $17.65-$25.65 per hour plus incentives.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
