Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, monitoring assigned areas, and remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with individuals entering and exiting the facility, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times.   • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Screen individuals, vehicles, and/or packages entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and report any irregularities.
  • Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and maintaining logs as required by site procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel to support a secure and orderly environment.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
