Everything is bigger and better in Texas - join us and be a part of our incredible team!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist to join our growing healthcare team at our Memorial City location. As an Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
  • Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
  • Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Utilize various physical therapy equipment and modalities
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
  • Participate in regular team meetings and care planning sessions
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
  • One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred
  • Current state of Texas license, CPR certification
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
