Okaloosa employs dedicated professionals whose goals are to help youth develop competencies valued by the community through therapeutic and educational programming in a secure, structured environment and to promote successful transition into the community.We are currently seeking both Youth Care Worker I (YCW) and Youth Care Worker II associates, full-time.The YCW functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent boys ranging in age 13 through 18. Qualifications
  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous related working experience preferred.
