This position reports to the Senior Credentialing and Support Specialist and the Director of Client Services. This position is required to promote and maintain programs that support Federal, State and local regulations and laws, in addition to adhering to all Company policies and procedures. This position promotes and supports the Company's core values of Compassion, a positive Attitude, Respect and Excellence.Essential Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain caregiver credentials and expiration dates
Update credentials in AlayaCare
Distribute expiring credentials monthly report
Work with the coordinating team to get updated credentials and ensure that caregivers with expired credentials are not working
Assist caregivers with updating their credentials and monthly trainings
Faxes credentials and maintains relationship with/for specific facilities in which active clients reside
Follow up with facilities about their credentialing policies
Follow up with caregivers who have not worked with CCN within the last month.
Participate in the delivery of Caregiver Academy curriculum
Interview potential new caregivers
Maintain caregiver record information and notify Payroll, HR and/or coordinators as appropriate
Complete caregiver evaluations as required
Assist with scheduling as needed
Ensure Monday need to fills are staffed by COB on the previous Friday
Support office operations as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Related college degree preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to apply and analyze data as it pertains to quality and compliance metrics
Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an organization
