As a Billing Specialist, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our revenue operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage complex billing cycles, collaborate with client-facing teams, and ensure compliance with contract terms. This is a high-impact role where your attention to detail and proactive mindset will directly contribute to client satisfaction and financial performance.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on client contracts, project milestones, and service delivery
  • Review and interpret contract terms to ensure billing aligns with agreed-upon conditions
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with collections
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Collaborate with account management, legal, and finance teams to support billing-related needs
  • Maintain billing documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and contribute to system enhancements

  • 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
  • Experience working with client contracts and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in billing systems and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management tools

The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment.
