- Collaborate with podiatrists, medical assistants, and front office teams for seamless care coordination
- Track patient outcomes and progress using evidence-based metrics
- Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility techniques, and home exercises
- Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas for improving operations, workflows, and patient outcomes
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina
- Experience with or interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or podiatric rehabilitation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for learning, growth, and delivering exceptional care
- Have experience working within a multidisciplinary clinic
