- Complete understanding and extensive application knowledge of technical principles, theories and concepts in industry standards as they relate to Wire Harness Development
- Can independently determine and develop approaches in regards to technical solutions for a wide range of difficult problems.
- Identifies and initiates necessary process improvement actions for Fabrication processes for wire harness fabrication, considering such factors as accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements within a fabrication business unit.
- The position requires wire harness architecture development, implementation, technical check, design review, production/flight-line fault isolation, and continuous improvement.
- Represent electrical harness development in design reviews for quality, producibility, harness interference and training the Mock-Up Development Mechanics within the CATIA architecture to ensure integrity in the Wire Harness build processes.
- The candidate should work with key manufacturing elements to maintain through-put on wire harness, production illustration and quality report resolutions.
