The job holder has the responsibility to operate the equipment and all of its affiliated processes (preparing raw materials & packaging, unloading, packing & labeling), in compliance with legal and company rules. This position requires proficiency in English.Primary ResponsibilitiesPreparation of raw materials and packaging: identifying & preparing the right quantities and transport them to the appropriate production area, reporting any deviation from normal, note start and finish of processOperating processing equipment in line with process instructions and proceduresMonitors equipment, keeping processes running at desired run ratesComplete the initial testing and release of products in order to ensure that there are no deviations to specificationsCheck labels & packaging material, ensure correct labeling following the existing rules and instructionsPackaging the final products in accordance with instructions and HBF quality standardsCarry out all operations in compliance with the expected Quality Standards and Operating procedures of HBF and Respecting all legal and company EHS-rulesResponsible for housekeeping in his area responsibilityCarry out any other duties requested from the Production Manager/SupervisorMinimum RequirementsBasic educational degree or High school diploma or general education diplomaNo prior experience requiredKnowledge of common software programs (MS office)Ability to read and understand work orders, production process, safety regulations and quality procedures and instructionsAvailability to work in shiftsPreferred Requirements1 year experience in industrial environmentPhysical EnvironmentRequired to stand for long periods of timeWalk and climb stairsUse hands to remove or lift boxesStretch and reach with arms extendedStoop and bendRegularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistanceTemperature, dust, smell and noise are under normal chemical environment conditionsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $20/hr.In addition to your salary, H.B.
