Associate Director, Clinical Operations

- Oversee global clinical trials from study design and protocol development to completion of key study milestones
- Lead and facilitate request for proposals from CROs and clinical trial vendors through final vendor selection
- Deliver financial oversight across multiple clinical studies ensuring budget efficiency and alignment with corporate goals
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence program-wide decisions
- Provide program-level leadership, mentor junior staff, and drive strategic decision-making
- Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences with 8+ years of clinical operations experience leading Phases I III trials
- Demonstrated track record of managing clinical trials from study start-up to study close-out, vendor management, project management, and budgets
- Strong strategic leadership with ability to shape clinical development strategy and influence management at both study and program levels
- Expertise in Rare Disease drug development

- $180,000 to $220,000 (Dependent on Experience)
