- Collaborate with Marketing, Asset and Property Management teams to identify and implement property- and portfolio-wide marketing objectives.
- Develop, execute, and maintain the annual marketing strategy and budget (~$3M+ annually), ensuring alignment with asset-level goals and broader portfolio initiatives.
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual marketing performance reviews, providing leadership with insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and reforecast marketing spend in collaboration with accounting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency across all vendors.
- Oversee the development and implementation of portfolio-wide and asset-specific brand identities, ensuring consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral (print and digital) including leasing brochures, tenant communications, property videos, and building signage.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across all internal and external marketing efforts, including third-party partnerships and public-facing materials.
- Guide creative direction for property activations, tenant experiences, and neighborhood branding to enhance market perception and tenant retention.
- Lead all aspects of traditional marketing, including media planning, out-of-home advertising, and on-site promotional materials.
- Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, website content, SEO, and paid media, with a focus on audience engagement and brand storytelling.
- Oversee public relations efforts, including managing relationships with PR firms, reviewing press releases, and securing earned media coverage.
- Coordinate media buying, including print, digital, and out-of-home advertising, ensuring strategic placement and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with experiential partners (e.g., BLACE) to activate pop-up installations in partnership with Hines events team.
- Facilitate movie/TV bookings through Atlantic Pictures, leading site visits, client negotiations, and production logistics.
- Oversee external marketing partners (e.g., design agencies, media buyers, event planners), ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
- Negotiate and manage marketing-related contracts, ensuring favorable terms and timely execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective tenant communications, ensuring messaging aligns with overall brand voice and property goals.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing initiatives, using data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports to leadership, including insights on tenant engagement, brand reach, and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, hospitality, or related field of study.
- Eight or more years of experience in real estate marketing, property marketing, or related fields.
- Strong background in both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing budgets and external agency relationships.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency with forms of digital communication.
- Above-average ability to organize, manage time and understand and set priorities, and multi-task while maintaining deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal analytical, organizational and time management skills with consistent attention to detail and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic-thinking, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

- Work indoors approximately 70% of the time and outdoors 30% of the time.
- Work weekends and evenings for events and as business needs deem appropriate.

- Ability to stand and walk up to several hours per day including climbing stairs.
- Though occurrences are rare, be accessible up to 24 hours a day in case of an emergency to monitor social media.
- This position needs to be in the office most days as the rest of the Hudson Square AM & PM team work from the office.
