In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient integration of important content across our strategic investments. You will define the over-arching technical strategy for how we integrate content into our products and take a direct and hands-on approach to accelerate at-risk content.Responsibilities:Partner with technical leaders in the Content SBU to define the strategy for integrating important content to power reports, screening, and new fusion dashboards.Take direct ownership and contribute where needed to eliminate bottlenecks in our delivery pipeline and work across the organization where needed to keep deliverables on track.Identify and advocate for changes that improve the technical design and architecture used.Ensure the speed, stability, and scalability of our product offering.Provide regular reporting to Senior Leadership on our status.Lead and advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion within the team.Build teams by hiring, training, and developing talentUnderstand and aim to grow FactSet culture and retention.Minimum Requirements:10+ years' relevant technical or software engineering experience in the financial services technology spaceCritical Skills:Knowledge of the financial services eco-system is expectedExperience leading diverse partners to a common goalExperience influencing global teamsExperience advocating for modern technology delivery methodsHistory and experience building partnerships with Engineering, Product Management, and othersAdditional /Desired Skills:Occasional travel requiredEducation:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical fieldThe budgeted salary range for this position in the states of Connecticut and New York is $220,000.00 - 265,000.00Company Overview:FactSet (NYSE:FDS | NASDAQ:FDS) helps the financial community to see more, think bigger, and work better.
