Provide clinical and case management services to individuals with mental health or substance use disorders in an outpatient setting. Support clients through assessment, therapy, care coordination, and recovery planning.Key Duties:
- Engage and assess new clients under supervision.
- Help develop and update treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy.
- Coordinate care with internal teams and community resources.
- Document services accurately and on time.
- Support recovery and self-management.
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required.
- Completion of a human services related internship/practicum or 1 year of relevant human services experience.
- Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process preferred.
