In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service requests, timelines, and deliverables are met with precision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsCoordinate service delivery schedules and ensure all commitments are metTrack ongoing project progress, deliverables, and client communicationsCollaborate with design and operations teams to resolve client inquiries efficientlyPrepare service reports, update CRM records, and ensure documentation accuracyProactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal workflowQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)1–3 years of experience in client service, account coordination, or administrative supportStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindsetAdditional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary ($59,000 – $65,000 per year)Professional development and growth opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentHealth, dental, and vision insurance packagesPaid time off and company holidays
