- Supports management in assigned locations or functions in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy.
- Participates in the development of human resources long-range plan and annual operating plan.
- Drives the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.

- Manages specific projects as determined in the annual HR operating plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborates within HR team to develop, document and recommend continuous improvement of HR processes, procedures or programs to deliver innovative solutions.
- Performs full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management; department budget.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Extensive knowledge of principles & practices of HR, including HR regulations and compliance
- Experience in building business plan and/or HR strategy development
- Skilled in employee relations with demonstrated ability to partner and influence at all levels in the business and to be viewed as a credible, valuable source of information and integral part of management team
- Experience building and/or delivering change management and organizational development strategies
- Strong organization and time management/project management skills necessary to prioritize and oversee project or team with multiple assignments and to meet set deadlines; ability to react quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication skills to facilitate work with diverse groups of employees
- Fluent in English and local language(s) as needed
- Solid computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, business, or equivalent education and experience; master’s degree highly preferred.
- Certifications: PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
- Ten years of related professional, progressive experience in human resources, manufacturing preferred, with a minimum three years management experience.
