Technical Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate Technical Project Manager with a strong technical proficiency who enjoys being part of a tight-knit team and is looking to make an immediate impact. Our work specializes in clean-sheet design projects across various industries, including automotive, wearable electronics, robotics, aerospace, and clean energy. Our fast-paced environment focuses on delivering high-quality solutions within weeks or months, not years. We are passionate about our work and strive for excellence within the unique constraints of each project.Responsibilities
  • Own projects from start to finish.
  • Develop early project success and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Handle contracting and budgeting.
  • Guide the technical team to the best solution.
  • Create buy-in across all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to the technical team and vice-versa.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in the product development life cycle and systems engineering.
  • Proven Product Manager experience.
  • Ability to integrate and validate whole products.
  • Strong proficiency in software with an understanding of hardware integration.
  • 2 years of engineering experience.
  • 2 years of project management or product management experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in hardware product development and integration of major engineering components into cohesive products.
  • Knowledge in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, and industrial design.
  • Experience in embedded hardware/controls development.
  • Proficiency in system-level rapid prototyping techniques and materials.
