- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice and solutions to address their cybersecurity challenges.
- Solution Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' pain points and tailor MDR solutions to meet their specific requirements. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and differentiate us from competitors.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to MDR services. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align sales efforts with company objectives. Provide feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably MDR services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, particularly in threat detection and incident response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
- Established network of contacts within the cybersecurity industry.
