Come join our team!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SWIM INSTRUCTOR / SWIM TEACHERAs a Swim Instructor / Swim Teacher, you are excited to work with kids in the pool! You work one-on-one with children or in small group settings to help teach swimming and safety. Friendly and personable, you communicate regularly with parents to keep them updated on their student's progress levels. With a patient and calm demeanor, you take extra time to help resistant students overcome their fears. You enjoy interacting with various people throughout your shift and feel good about the part you play in assisting the children to be safer in the water!QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to be in the water for up to 5 hours each day
  • Ability to tread water while keeping students safe
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly with students and parents
  • Willingness to learn and use feedback
