Oversee the planning and forecasting process to guide business units towards clear targets, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization. Provide insightful and actionable reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders, based on data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and business acumen. Create and deliver compelling and persuasive presentations and narratives that communicate complex financial information and insights in a clear and concise manner. Drive a culture of change and continuous improvement, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance the FP&A processes, systems, tools, and capabilities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other functions to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives and partner on driving strategic growth initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, identifying trends, business opportunities and risks, and areas for improvement. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and growth mindset. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from an accredited institution. Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience working in finance leadership roles for a multinational, dynamic industry leader in a comparable size/scope role. Minimum ten (10) years FP&A-focused experience partnering with senior leaders to drive successful outcomes with a focus on strategic planning and business partnering at the senior leadership level Experience creating financial models to identify opportunities and risks, and leading and driving budgeting and forecasting processes. Prior experience working with financial software and tools to report data, plan outcomes, and drive insights and decisions. Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team to successful outcomes. MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. This includes competitive pay and a variety of benefit programs for eligible employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $198749.97 - $291499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
