We are looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys working with data and turning it into actionable insights. This role involves organizing, structuring, and analyzing large datasets to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage and structure large datasets with accuracy and integrityBuild and maintain database schemas for efficient data accessAnalyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends and opportunitiesConduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecastingVisualize data through dashboards, tables, graphs, and reportsPrepare presentations and reports for internal teams and stakeholdersCollaborate with teams to support planning and strategyRequired QualificationsStrong database and computer science skills (SQL, Dataverse, or Python; database schema experience required)Proficiency in statistics and mathematics for analyzing large datasetsKnowledge of economics (micro and macro) is a plusExperience with data visualization and reporting toolsDetail-oriented and analytical mindsetPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree in a related field (preferred but not required)Experience in data analysis, economics, or related areasOther DetailsFull-time positionOpen to motivated recent graduates or experienced professionalsLocation: Midwest regionBenefits
